On Monday, the Hanford Police Department received a call regarding a shoplifting which had just occurred at 574 W. Lacey Blvd., CVS. The employee provided a description of the suspect vehicle including a license plate number. A registration check on the vehicle alerted officers it was stolen out of Visalia.
On Thursday afternoon, a deputy was patrolling in the area of Jersey Avenue and State Route 41 in rural Kings County, when he spotted a Chevrolet Avalanche with an expired vehicle registration traveling in the area.
