Armona resident Anthony "Tony" Gabriel Silva, 78, died July 10.
Tony was born in Lemoore on Feb. 9, 1928. He worked for years as a service mechanic and then as head foreman for A.A. Rodrigues Dairy, Tony Lawrence Dairy, and Texieira and Vaz Dairy.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Phipps-Dale Funeral Chapel in Lemoore. Recitation of the Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Lemoore. Interment will follow at the Lemoore Cemetery.
Remembrances may be sent to the St. Peter's Catholic Church Building Fund, 19 Follett St., Lemoore, CA 93245.
