Charles Dewayne Barnhart

Charles Dewayne Barnhart was born August 25, 1939 in Marmaduke, Arkansas. He passed away in Corcoran on November 14, 2018 at the age of 79. He was known to many as Barnie. Barnie and Marilyn Sue Liddell knew each other since the second grade. They married June 18, 1958. To their union were born Kathy, Karla and Mark. He worked for Boswell Oil Mill as a foreman, He worked part time as a school bus driver for Corcoran Unified School District. Barnie worked full time at Lakeside Elementary as a school bus driver and maintenance worker. He loved to deer hunt. He loved landscaping and helping seniors with their yard work. His greatest love was his family especially the grandchildren.
Barnie is survived by his wife Sue, his children Kathy Reynoso, Karla Barnhart, Mark Barnhart and wife Sharon, his siblings Troy Barnhart, Louise Drum, and David Barnhart. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Doffie and Mable, his siblings, Larry, Bobby, Vicky Bellefeuille and Brenda Robinson.
Services were held Tuesday. Arrangements were under the direction of Bledsoe Family People's Funeral Chapel.
