Alfred J. Quair
December 5, 1937 – January 31, 2018
Alfred Jerome Quair of Hanford passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in Visalia with his family by his side. He was 80 years old. Alfred was a member of the Chumash tribe in Santa Barbara. In his early years, he worked as a mechanic at the 76 Station on Grangeville and at the 76 Station in Kettleman. Even after his retirement he continued to work on cars as a hobby. In his leisure time he enjoyed dancing but what he loved most was spending time with his family.
Alfred is survived by his sons; Alfred Quair, Jr, Sammy R. Quair and Alfredo Quair all of Hanford and his daughters; Caroline Quair of Visalia, Angelica Bartz and Pricilla Quair both of Hanford. He leaves one brother, Johnny Quair of Hanford as well as 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation for Alfred will take place on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.at Whitehurst McNamara Funeral Home, 100 W. Bush St. Hanford. CA. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Hanford.
