Vikings meet: Class of 1969

KINGSBURG – An estimated 25 members of the Kingsburg High Class of 1969 and their spouses gathered for their 50th reunion at Margie's Pub 'n Subson April 20. Here is a picture of the Vikings who met at Pub-N-Sub Pizza for the gathering.

"Interestingly, the conversations did not revolve much around our years at dear old Kingsburg High, but more about how everyone was doing and what their families, kids and grandkids were up to," Scott Troescher said. "There were lots of hugs, a few tears for the classmates no longer with us and vows to gather again soon. All agreed it was wonderful to see each other again."

Pictured from left to right, in front, are Don McCarthy, Forence Inouye, Sandy Rouch, Carolyn Kataoka, Larry Yamada, Bobbi  Kakiuchi, Pat Sorenson, Diane Okumoto and Rick Reynolds.
