SELMA – The Nick Medina Senior Center, 2301 Selma St., hosts a number of activities and is open from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Activities include lunch, cards, ceramics, billiards, bingo, educational programs, trips and more. Those 60 and older may come for lunch for a suggested donation of $2. Call 891-2239 to make a reservation one day in advance and before 11:30 a.m. Non-seniors pay $4. Check in for lunch is 11 a.m.

Wednesday, May 8: Chicken breast alfredo, Hi-C romaine salad, sourdough bread, margarine pat, dessert, half pint of one percent white milk.
Thursday, May 9: Breaded fish, whole wheat, dinner roll, margarine pat, tossed Salad w/broccoli, honeydew chunks, half pint of one percent white milk.
Friday, May 10: Polish sausage w/onion and bell pepper, whole wheat hot dog bun, pickled beets, sliced apple w/vitamin c, half pint of one percent white milk.
Monday, May 13: Barbecue chicken thigh, whole wheat bread, margarine pat, California vegetables, applesauce and half pint of one percent white milk.
Tuesday, May 14: Whole grain spaghetti w/meatsauce, sourdough bread, margarine pat, Hi-C romaine salad, diced peaches and half pint of one percent white milk.
Wednesday, May 15: Sandwich, tuna salad, whole wheat bread, shredded lettuce, corn chowder, orange and half pint of one percent white milk.
