Notice is hereby given that Pioneer Union Elementary School District (PUESD) will receive sealed bid proposals for painting project at Frontier Elementary and Pioneer Middle School

REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSALS

Replacement of two 25 Ton Roof/Top HVAC/Package units at

Pioneer Middle School

Project specifics may be obtained at the mandatory pre-bid site walk, at 8:00 AM, on April 24, 2019 at Pioneer MiddleSchool 101 W. Pioneer Way, Hanford, CA 93230.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The Pioneer Union Elementary School District ("District") invites bid proposals for furnishing two 25 ton roof/top HVAC/Package unit replacement on; Middle School Gymnasium.

Sealed Bids must be received prior to 9:00 AM on April 30, 2019 at the following location

District Office, Reception Desk

1888 North Mustang Drive, Hanford, CA 93230.

Bids received later than the aforementioned date and time will be returned to Vendor unopened. Facsimile (FAX) copies or e-mailed Bids will not be accepted.

2. In order to control information disseminated regarding this Request Bid Proposals, vendors interested in submitting proposals are directed not to make personal contact with members of the Board of Trustees. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of the submitted proposal from review.

3. The District will not consider or accept any bids from contractors who are not licensed to do business in the State of California, in accordance with Section 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, providing for the licensing of contractors. In accordance with Section 3300 of the Public Contract Code, any such subcontractor shall have a license as required for the successful performance of the Contract.

Only those bids from contractors which are currently registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) will be considered or accepted.

Submitters shall be responsible for any and all expenses that they may incur in preparing bid proposals. Responses received from this Bid process will be used as the foundation for the development a contract.
