AD# 22421 PUBLIC NOTICE The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is currently seeking claimants who applied or were deterred from applying for employment at facilities owned or operated by Marquez Brothers International, Inc., Marquez Brothers Enterprises, Inc., Marquez Brothers Foods, Inc., Marquez Brothers Southern California, Inc., Marquez Brothers Nevada, Inc., or Marquez Brothers Texas I, Inc. (collectively, "Marquez Brothers") between 2010 to September 17, 2019 for entry-level or low-skill positions, such as Cheese Molder, Cheese Demolder, Cheese Cutter, Cooker, Dryer Operator, Finishing Tables, General Labor, Hoop Washer, Janitor, Machine Operator, Packer/Packaging, Production, Sanitation/CIP Operator, and Warehouse Laborer. The EEOC and Marquez Brothers have settled an EEOC lawsuit alleging Marquez Brothers recruited and hired on the basis of race. Marquez Brothers denies all allegations in the EEOC's lawsuit.
