AD# 10076 KINGS COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION INVITATION FOR BIDS Bid No. 2021-02 The Kings County Office of Education invites and will receive sealed proposals for BID NO. 2021-02 for the award of installation of LTE Massive MIMO Upgrade Installation on or before 2:00 p.m., on November 10, 2020, in the Information Technology Office of the Kings County Office of Education, 443 Greenfield Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230, at which time and place the bids will be opened in public. Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check or certified check for TEN PERCENT (10%) of the amount of the bid. The bidders bond or check shall be made payable to the Kings County Office of Education (KCOE) and shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract if awarded the work, and will be declared forfeited, paid to, or retained by KCOE as liquidated damages if the Bidder refuses or neglects to enter into a contract on the terms of the accepted proposal within ten (10) days after Bidders notification of KCOEs acceptance of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of bids. Bids shall be made on forms prepared by the Kings County Office of Education.
