Corcoran finishes undefeated

The Corcoran girls tennis team secured its second consecutive Central Section title on Tuesday with a Division III championship. Corcoran finished 16-0 overall and a perfect 14-0 in the East Sequoia League. The Panthers also finished perfect (16-0, 14-0 ESL) last year and won the Division IV championship. Thanksgiving basketball camp

The Lemoore Recreation Center will be hosting a Thanksgiving Basketball Camp Nov. 20-22. The camp will be split into times by grades: 3rd to 5th grades will have their camp from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. and 6th to 8th grades from 10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. The cost is $40 for all three days. Baseball camp

Golden West High School will host a six-week baseball camp starting Jan 7. Golden West head coach Rick Lantrip will direct the program in conjunction with U.S. Baseball Academy. Classes are available for players in grades 1-12 and are limited to seven players per coach. Sessions are offered in advanced hitting, pitching, catching, fielding and baserunning.
