Georgia Fitiausi holds on for a ride on the carousel during Hanford's 4th annual Fall Festival at the Civic Center Park. Sponsored by five local churches, this alternative to Halloween gave kids the chance to play games, bounce in castles and load up on candy, all within a safe vicinity. Suzanne Paddock who brought her "dinosaur for a night" out said it was a great alternative from the door-to-door tradition of Halloween. "I really hope they keep doing it," she said. "It's a great way to get the kids out and having fun, but still being safe while doing it."(Gary Feinstein/The Sentinel) Photo by:
