Selma Police arrested Martin Abner Espinoza, 20, and Andres Jacinto, 27, both of Selma on March 14 in connection with a shooting in Parlier in February, authorities said. Espinoza and Jacinto were with a woman at a Selma bar, according to Sgt. Allen Charles of the Parlier Police Department.

The woman left with another man, and Espinoza and Jacinto  went to Parlier, where they allegedly broke into the man’s car and a shooting occurred about 4 a.m. on Feb. 4, Charles said.

Espinoza and Jacinto have gang ties, Charles added.

The Selma men were booked in the Fresno County Jail, where they remained as of Monday, according to the website of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
