Hanford has a city manager that gets a substantial salary and just received a 5% raise.
He resides in Visalia. In HIS town there is an organization "VISALIA FERAL CAT COALITION"
that goes around Visalia doing TNR (Trap Neuter & Return).
TNR organizations DO NOT advocate
feeding bans. Their message to people is to help the cities "throw away cats" to have a better life
on the streets.
According to their website they actually have designated people that feed.
Isn't Hanford good enough to establish a TNR organization rather than a feeding ban? Then try
to push the sole responsibility of this town's "throw away cats" on citizens that are doing their
best to get over population under control. I ask again, what is wrong with this picture?
