The family moved to Washington state in the early 1950's where she continued helping her Dad with the dairy and the race horses. In Washington she met and later married Buster Smith. Then came the great-grandchildren, the biggest joy of her life; MaKayla, Elizabeth, Emma Lee, Brandtly, Ace, Allison, Madalyn, Marshall and Colton.
