HANFORD — A 25-year-old Hanford woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI Thursday after colliding with another vehicle at the intersection of Grangeville Boulevard and Rodgers Road.
Daritha Wilson was taken into custody after officers gave her a blood-alcohol test and found her to be twice the legal limit, according to the Hanford Police Department.
The crash happened at 10:41 p.m. and left two of Wilson’s passengers injured. Both were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their names were not released by investigators.
The crash blocked westbound traffic on Grangeville Boulevard and knocked over a traffic light, police said. The occupants of the second vehicle emerged from the accident without injury.
Wilson was booked into the Kings County Jail and has since been released from custody, records show.
