Tulare Regional Medical Center opens recruitment process

TULARE - Tulare Regional Medical Center is well on its way to reopening, according to a press release issued Nov. 17. In anticipation to the opening, the district board of directors are conducting a recruitment and interview process to staff the center.

Interviews will begin Monday and carry on through the week. Applicants can obtain an application at https://tularelocalhealthcaredistrict.org/hospital-employee-recruitment and follow the instructions. In addition, a job fair hosted by the Employment Development Department is tentatively scheduled for early December.

Hanford Chamber of Commerce Luncheon: Tuesday, noon, in the Old Courthouse, 113 Court St., on the Third floor. The Hanford Chamber of Commerce is hosting lunch, $10 per person, RSVP at 582-0483.

Short-term work experience program: The Kings County Job Training Office is supporting a short-term work experience program. JTO can fully underwrite the cost of worker wages and workers compensation insurance. The participating employer would provide training and worksite supervision. The training is planned to run for a maximum six months. Worksites are sought to sponsor a worker for up to 40 hours per week.
