SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISERS

Annual community shredding event: Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.n at CVS, 2539 N. 11th Ave, Hanford. The Pioneer Band & Color Guard Boosters Club will be holding their annual community shredding event. This is a great opportunity to destroy sensitive information that you want to keep out of the eyes of thieves. The suggested minimum donation is $4 per banker's sized box. ENROLLMENT

AUESD opens Kindergarten registration for 2018-19: Armona Union Elementary School District is now accepting registration for Kindergarten students five-years of age on or before Sept. 2, 2018, and Transitional Kindergarten for students five-years of age on or before Dec. 2, 2018. Applicants will be tested during Spring Orientation on May 17. Enrollment packets are available at the district office located at 11115 C St., in Armona. HCS opens Kindergarten registration for 2018-19: Hanford Christian School is now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year with multiple scholarships available. Over 30 churches are represented on campus and we have approximately 175 students enrolled averaging a 13:1 student to teacher ratio. Hanford Christian School offers rigorous academics across spanning across, arts, foreign language and technology programs while also offering vibrant extended care programs.
